Gently massage a pea sized amount of I Can See Clearly Now into the area around your eyes and then gently wipe away with a moistened soft cleansing cloth.
Bright Eyes...
Use a small amount of Bright Eyes and gently pat around your eye area. This cream can be used morning and night after cleansing. You may experience a mild tingling sensation which should only last a short time. If you find this sensation too strong remove the cream and discontinue use.
