Aqua, Mipa Laureth Sulphate, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine (a mild detergent made from Coconut & Palm Kernel oil), Olive Oil PEG - 10 Esters (to prevent skin from drying out), Panthenol (Vitamin B to moisturise skin), Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, and Potassium Sorbate (mild preservative), Lactic Acid (to moisturise skin).
Essential Oils in Rise & Shine: Citrus bergamia (Bergamot*) Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis(Rosemary*) Oil, Citrus aurantium (Petitgrain*) Oil, Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress*) Oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Rose Geranium*) Oil.

Like all my products, Rise & Shine doesn't contain harsh detergents like Sodium Lauryl Sulphate that can irritate your skin. The mild and gentle detergents come from coconut and palm kernal and can be used on sensitive skin too.
The addition of moisturising vitamin B and lactic acid mean add moisture and won't strip your skin of its natural oils.
