For best results squeeze a few drops into a shower flower and gently massage skin. Wash off with warm water. Follow with moisturizing ‘Spice of Life’ Body Butter Cream.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact does occur rinse thoroughly with water.

Lemongrass has an uplifting scent and tightens and tones our skin; Grapefruit is refreshing and lifts the spirts. It is cleansing, can help treat cellulite and can also help relieve a hangover!
Lime is another zesty, uplifting and refreshing oil that help relive fatigue and lift your mood. It is a good oil for cleansing & detoxing.
Ginger is warming and stimulates circulation is warming and comforting. Black Pepper is hot, spicy and warming. Corriander is refreshing and revitalizing. Cardamom is one of the best overall tonics and is also an uplifting oil that brightens & awakens the mind.
