You can use this in the bath and the shower. If you like foam, use a shower flower to apply and this will increase the amount of foam. It also makes a lovely bath soak - just pour some under warm running water to relax and enjoy.
Wash off after use. For external use only and keep it out of your eyes!
Aqua, Mipa Laureth Sulphate, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine (a mild detergent made from Coconut & Palm Kernel oil), Olive Oil PEG - 10 Esters (to prevent skin from drying out), Panthenol (Vitamin B to moisturise skin), Citrus retilculata (Mandarin*) Oil, Citrus aurantium (Neroli*) OilBenzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, and Potassium Sorbate (mild preservative), Lactic Acid (to moisturise skin).

From Essential Oils:
Citral, D-Limonene, Geraniol, Linalool
This body wash is mild and gentle and is suitable for sensitive skins. You won't find harsh detergents like Sodium Lauryl Sulphate that can irritate skin. The mild detergents in this body wash are derived from coconut and palm kernal oil so are much milder and gentler. I have also included Lactic Acid and Panthenol (Vitamin B) for their moisturising properties - so your skin won't feel dry and tight.
The organic essential oils have been chosen for the relaxing, calming and yet uplifting properties and will really help you Take It Easy.
