What happens if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password there is a password reminder link. You insert the email address you registered with and we will email you an reminder of your password.

How do I change my password?
Simply go to the My Account section by Logging In and selecting Update My Details. You can change your password here.

How do I change my address?
You can update or change your address and any of your contact details in the My Account section - simply Log In and select Update My Details.

How do I return an item that I have bought off AngelaLangford.com?
I want to return an items send me an email at returns@angelalangford.com with your name, address, order number and a daytime contact number. Please also state the reason for your return. If I have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, I will also refund the cost of the original post and the cost of the postage to return the item. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.

How do I know what kind of skin I have?
