Postage and Delivery
I will be making fresh batches of my natural skincare products throughout the Christmas and New Year period - but I ask that you be patient in waiting for them to reach you during this very busy postal period.
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas 2011, please make sure to order by 5pm on Monday 19th December (assuming Royal Mail can cope and the snow is not too deep!).

I aim to process all orders of my natural skin care products as soon as I receive them - and where possible, I will process your order within 48 hours. I will keep you updated by email so as soon as your product has been shipped, I'll let you know!
I use a combination of Royal Mail and a Courrier service to send out parcels and packages. Look out for FREE DELIVERY promotions that I run from time to time, which can be found in my Special Offers section. For times when there aren't any special delivery deals, here are my usual standard delivery rates...
United Kingdom... (including Norther Ireland & Channel Islands)
 FREE Delivery - on all orders over £50.00. Please allow 4 - 10 days.
 Standard Delivery - please allow 3 to 5 days - £4.50
Next Day Delivery - for when you need your products quickly (orders must be placed by midday for guaranteed next day delivery) - £6.00
Please note, Next Day Delivery is a signed for service and if you're not in, the post man will leave a note for you to collect your package from the post office. If you place your order on a Friday your parcel will be delivered on Monday.
Europe...
All Deliveries - sent by Royal Mail, this should take 7 to 10 days and costs £7.00*
Rest of World...
All Deliveries - sent by Royal Mail, this should take 7 to 10 daysand costs £15.00*
*Customs Information
Please note that I have no control over the customs of your country and they may require you to pay duty on your parcel.
