Returns
I always aim to offer the very best levels of service possible - and I really do hope you are delighted with your natural skin care products order. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return any unused & unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email me at info@angelalangford.com to let me know which items you are not happy with and the reasons why you would like to return the item. You can either have a full refund on the cost of the products or you can exchange the product for something else.
Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely and for your own peace of mind, I recommend you send returned items by either recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery to ensure you are covered for compensation should it get lost in the post; as I cannot accept responsiblity for returned goods that are lost in transit.
 Faulty Items & Items Sent In Error
If the product or the container is faulty, or if I've made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong item, I will also refund the cost of the original delivery and I will also pay the postage costs you have incurred to send back the item.
Please just enclose the till receipt from the post office (please make sure you return faulty items or incorrect items by recorded delivery).

Refund time...
I will refund you within 10 days of receiving your returned goods. I can only make a refund against the original credit or debit card that you paid with. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
