Terms and Conditions
This is the boring bit - the terms and conditions for when you buy my natural skin care products. I have tried to keep these as simple as I can - so they are easy for you (and me) to understand!
 General
Angela Langford (sometimes also referred to as "I", "Me", "My", "We", "Our", "Us") provide the services on this site. By accessing and using this site you (the customer or user) agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this site. You also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms then unfortunately you cannot use this site.
Payments
All payments must be made using your own debit or credit card and by agreeing to the terms, you confirm that the payment card you have used is yours. Online payments can also be made in exceptional circumstances. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
 Free Samples
From time to time I will offer free natural skin care samples. Upon your registration to my website, I will send one sample pack per customer, per household and per IP address. Only registrations from customers residing in the UK or ROI will receive a pack. Regardless of your location, I reserve the right to send a sample pack to you, or not.
Reselling
All products you purchase are for your own personal use. You cannot resell them (but you can give them away as gifts). If you are interested in selling my products please email me at business@angelalangford.com
Information you provide
You agree to provide me with true & accurate information about yourself. It is your responsiblity to update this information in the MY ACCOUNT section of the site. If you provide us with fraudulent or incorrect information, we reserve the right to close your account without prior notification to yourself.
Privacy
I will not pass your information onto any third party and agree to protect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy which also forms part of these terms and conditions.
Copyright
I have worked hard to come up with the brandname, strapline, logo, overall design, website, photos etc and I want to protect this identity. As such all content (whether it be text, graphics, photographs, logos, general design etc) are owned by me. No part of this site or its contents can be replicated, copied or used without my prior written consent.
Prices
All prices exclude VAT but should this change, I will update the site accordingly.
Delivery
I try and process all orders on the day I receive them but sometimes this just isn't possible so I will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. The delivery times stated are estimates only and I cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the delivery company.
Complaints
I strive to provide you with the very best levels of service, to use the highest quality raw materials and deliver products that you love using. If however you are not entirely satisfied and would like to make a complaint please email me at unhappy@angelalangford.com and I will do my best to resolve your issue.
Accuracy of Information
All the information and contents of the site are provided to you in good faith and as far as I am aware, the information is accurate. However I do not accept responsiblity for any use or misuse of the information or products that result in damage to either you or your property. It is your responsibility to check the suitability or accuracy of the information, products or services.From time to time I may have to make changes to some of the products and I will do my best to ensure that all information that appears on the Site is correct but I can not be held responsible or liable if any of the information is out of date or inaccurate. I also reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions without giving you notice of these changes and you agree to any updates to these.

There may be occasion where we are not happy to link with a site and may ask for the link to be removed. If we make such a request to you, you agree to remove the link within 2 business days of receiving this request.
