What happens if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password there is a password reminder link.  You insert the email address you registered with and we will email you an reminder of your password.

How do I change my password?

Simply go to the your personal info section when you sign in to your account. You can change your password here.

How do I change my address?

You can add, update or change your address details within the your addresses section when you sign in to your account.

How do I return an item that I have bought off

If you want to return any items send me an email at [email protected] with your name, address, order number and a daytime contact number.  Please also state the reason for your return.  If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, I will also refund the cost of the original post and the cost of the postage to return the item.  Please refer to our Returns page for full details.

How do I know what kind of skin I have?
