As breakfast goes, this is one of my absolute favourites as it includes avocado - such a great source of healthy fats for your skin - as well as chilli and lime - spicy, zingy and delicious.
two slices of your favourite bread
chilli flakes (or chilli powder) - amount depending on how fiery you like it
Add a couple of slices of your favourite bread under a grill and whilst that is toasting away, cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
To the avocado, add a couple of pinches of chilli flakes (I love chipotle chilli flakes, as it gives the avocado a smoky flavour as well as a fiery hit of heat) as well as a squeeze of half of the lime.
Mash altogether using the back of a fork, until you get a rough paste. Once the toast is ready, slather on, adding an extra pinch of chilli flakes and an extra touch of lime juice on top.
And that's it - very quick, very easy, very delicious!
