Thank you so much for sharing your story with us Andrea, I am ever so grateful.
How long have you been using my products for and how did you come across them?
I started to use your products as my full skincare routine in November last year (2022). I read about them on Facebook and I’d followed your MasterChef journey. I’d tried some samples a few years ago, but my Dad was unwell at the time and I just didn’t have a chance to really look into the range properly. But I remembered I really liked the products I had previously used.
Did you have any particular skin conditions or concerns at the time?
My skin was in a terrible state back in the Autumn as a result of trying some retinol products from another range. I ended up seeing a Doctor who diagnosed Perioral Dermatitis. This was almost certainly caused by the retinol product.
Having never had bad skin, even as a teenager, this was really distressing. I was so self-conscious about the really unsightly outbreak of what looked like acne all around my nose and mouth. I couldn’t wear makeup and just felt quite desperate.
Have any of my products helped improve things? If they have, please can you explain how?
As you can see from the before and after photographs, all of your products I have used have helped.
My skin is not only completely clear of any dermatitis but is clearer than it has looked in a long time. This has been such a relief as at one point I didn’t know where to start to try to improve things and wondered if it was going to ever clear up.
What products do you use and how do you use them – if you have a routine, I’d love to hear about it!
I use Sweet Cheeks cleanser every morning and every night, followed by Freshen Up as a toner. I follow this with Balancing Act moisturiser and a few times a week I use Bloom and Glow facial oil when I think I need it.
I also use Scrub Up about twice a week, in the evening, after cleansing with Sweet Cheeks. I have found using only your products in this simple, but effective routine, suits my skin well and I have not had any recurrence of the skin problems.
What is your favourite product and why?
This is a really hard one as I love all of your products! They are my absolute skin heroes.
If I really have to pick one then I would say Sweet Cheeks is my overall favourite as it has, quite literally, rescued my skin.
This is followed in close second place by Bloom and Glow which is, without doubt, the most gorgeous facial oil I have ever used. It is magic – I wake up in the morning after using this with really soft, clear skin.

Do you have any skincare tips you would like to share?
Pick your products carefully and stick to what you know and trust.
We are bombarded with adverts for new and different ranges and it is so easy to be swayed into trying them. I think skincare is at risk of getting unnecessarily overly complicated.
For me, consistency in routine and keeping it simple are key.
Is there anything you would like me to change or anything I can do to improve things?
I would love to have a larger size of the cleanser as I cannot be without it but, other than that, I really can’t think of anything you could do differently.
Is there a product that you think is missing from my range?
I would love a non-oil-based eye makeup remover. Sweet Cheeks does remove eye makeup, but I also like to use a separate eye makeup remover

I love the products because they have cleared up my skin so well and I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I am for the very personal and tailored approach you took to helping me find the right products.
It is especially important to me that the ingredients which go on my skin are as free from harsh chemicals as possible and your products achieve this whilst also being effective and a pleasure to use.
